Product Commitment
1. Within 12 months of product sales, if there are quality issues with the product, our company will replace it with a new one free of charge;
2. Within five years of product sales, we are responsible for free repair of any non-human damage or malfunction.
Service commitment
1. Regarding customer after-sales inquiries, we will provide answers within 2 hours during working hours.
2. In response to customer product complaints, we will confirm and register the complaints. Our technical personnel will conduct a root cause analysis and provide a response within one week.
3. If on-site technical support is required, our after-sales personnel will arrive at the customer's site within three days.
4. After the after-sales service is completed, the after-sales service report shall be submitted to the customer for signature and confirmation. Our after-sales personnel can only evacuate the site after the customer's needs are resolved.
