5. Meet the first batch of order quantity specified by the company;
6. Having strong marketing capabilities, economic foundation, and social relationships, able to rapidly develop distribution channels;
7. Not allowed to operate or act as an agent for other products of the same type as our company;
8. Should have a good spirit of cooperation, and achieve market maximization by expanding market share;
9. Recognize our company's business strategy, follow the unified leadership of the headquarters, and be able to cooperate in the implementation of the headquarters' market promotion and policy guidelines;
